Andrew Desh Kananura admits he will settle for nothing less than victory in the third round of National Rally Championship this weekend in Mukono.

Bearing his misfortunes in the last two NRC events, Desh has not given up on the title contention.

And he is buoyed by confidence after acquiring a new rally car Subaru TMR12 R4

Speaking on a radio show last night, Desh was absolutely certain to have checked the mistakes done in the last two events with the help of his navigator Moses Matovu.

I had never done a full rally before, only stopped on circuits. So i had a lot to learn, and i think i did master a few things in the last two events. I did a few mistakes in the last rally. But with the new stronger car, my eyes will be wide open till the podium.

He will however have to contend with the charge of Arthur Blick the current NRC leader, Ronald Sebuguzi in his new EVOX, Duncan Mubiru and Jon Consta all eager for a win this weekend.
