Kenya Airways safari classic rally will be held between November 21st and 29th November according to the 2013 motorsport calendar released last year. Cut-off date for eligibility of the cars has also been moved to December 1978 thus a few more car models to participate such as Datsun PA10, Porsche 928 and the fiat 131 Abarth.
Meanwhile, with just twelve months to go before it start of the 2013 KQ rally, the entry list is filling up fast. A Swedish team has entered six Porsche 911s with ex-world rally champions, Bjorn Waldegard and Stig Blomqvist as lead drivers. Viking motorsport are back with their team of Escort RSS driven by Phil Mills with John Lloyd  as well as local favourite Ian Duncan from Nairobi, back in the Ford Capri.
