Arthur Blick Jnr cruised to his second consecutive NRC victory in the third round of National Rally Championship in Mukono.
Blick navigated by Unissan Bakunda continued with their impressive season form with a three seconds victory that strengthened their summit of the NRC log.
The Shell Helix sponsored team showed eagerness for the title, after they maintained day two lead in what was a real battle from other title contenders.
Opening the route for the first time, Blick fended off the challenge of Duncan Mubiru in the thrilling fight.
Blick now holds an 85 points lead over Duncan Mubiru.
“Am so happy that I registered my second win of the season, this year am targeting 3 championship and NRC is among, now am very sure i can scoop it after this win,” says Blick.
Duncan Mubiru the day one leader pushed as much but eventually settled for second place overall.
The battle for the final podium finish saw Ronald Sebuguzi take his newly acquired Mitsubishi EvoX to third place.

Musa Muliika registered his best NRC finish ever, finishing fourth in the gruelling rally, while John Consta settled for fifth.
Only one crew finished in the 2WD class. Edward Kirumira and Nanet Blick registered their first win in their first category win.
