Anderson_Mike.pngDefending Total Quartz Economy Run champion Mike Anderson won the closely contested 2014 event by a narrow margin of Sh28 worth of petrol from the 2010 winner Amon Hajula. Third place went to three time winner Shailesh Chandaria in his 1983 Alfa Giulietta.

Anderson drove a two-litre Alfa 155 sports saloon and covered the 84km route between the ABC Service Station in Waiyaki Way and the Total Service Station in Naivasha town using 2.39 litres of petrol to achieve an average consumption of 35.15km per litre.
